Mr. Mannan Started career as an executive in the International bank, American Express. Before joining at AlphaRating he worked as Sr. Executive Vice President of Green Delta Capital Ltd. & Green Delta Securities Ltd. which are the subsidiaries of Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. Mr. Mannan played a crucial role in the development of the Capital Market of Bangladesh by promoting share investment. He served in the Capital Market for more than 20 years.

Mr. Chowdhury is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. He obtained his MBA degree in International Business from IIBR India and his Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Mysore, India. Mr. Chowdhury was also awarded BSC degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, UK. Prior to joining Alpha Credit Rating Ltd., he wroked employed at Emerging Credit Rating Ltd., Dhaka Bangladesh, as Chief Rating Officer. His diverse skills include project planning and implementation, financial planning and budgeting, and internal controls. He has extensive international training in finance and management.

Mr. Hossain obtained his both Masters & Bachelor’s degree in finance, from (Oklahoma & Ohio) USA. He has worked as manager (consultancy) for many years at Huda Vasi Chowdhury and Co. Chartered Accountants, an independent correspondence firm of Deloitte touché and Tohmatsu. He worked as Financial Analyst at easy Way Investment Inc., in the USA. Prior to joining AlphaRating, he worked as Deputy Chief Rating Officer at Emerging Credit Rating Ltd. He has wide exposure in finance, with specialization in risk analysis, and has proven managerial abilities in delivering financial due diligence, asset valuation, diagnostic review, financial analysis and industry analysis.
